Join JCW's Growing Boston Office

We're expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants across US banking & finance, regulatory & insurance, life sciences and legal markets. You'll be supporting our internal talent acquisition function, focusing on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for JCW recruitment roles while developing core recruitment skills. During slower periods, you may also support client recruitment placements. Many of our team members come from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, and our structured and intensive training program equips them with the skills to thrive in this fast-paced, relationship-driven industry.

 

What You'll Be Doing

Primary Focus: Internal Talent Acquisition

• Partner with senior leadership to source and screen candidates for JCW internal openings
• Conduct initial screening calls and manage candidate pipelines from application through offer stage
• Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback from hiring managers, and maintain organized candidate records
• Build and maintain candidate profiles, assess fit against JCW competencies, and provide written assessments
• Develop relationships with candidates while learning market dynamics and recruitment fundamentals
• Create and maintain Boolean search strings to identify talent from competitor firms and specialist networks
• Contribute to improving our recruitment process through feedback and process documentation

Secondary Focus: Client Recruitment (During Slower Periods)

• Support client placements by partnering with senior recruiters
• Learn to manage external recruitment pipelines
• Develop understanding of client relationship dynamics

Broader Responsibilities

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support office operations as needed
• Support onboarding initiatives for new hires
• Participate in training and development opportunities to build recruitment expertise

 

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree
• Prior corporate or professional work experience- no specific industry required, we're happy to teach industry knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with senior professionals

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Coachability and willingness to learn
