As a Physical Therapist at Parklands Care Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from short-term rehabilitation residents to long-term care residents. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology and equipment, and our team of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to every patient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on each resident's specific goals and needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Educate residents and their families about rehabilitation processes, exercises, and strategies for preventing injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a passion for patient care and teamwork.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of $48 - $57.
• $7,500 Sign on bonus (applicable for Full-Time Employment Status) .
