This position offers a fulfilling contract from ASAP through May 28th, 2027, working 35 hours weekly with a dedicated team to positively impact young learners near Tijeras, NM.

Qualifications:

• Valid License as a Master Social Worker
• PED certification as a School Social Worker in New Mexico
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices in schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct counseling services to students individually and in group settings
• Support students through crisis intervention and ongoing social-emotional development
• Advocate for students and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure holistic student growth
• Contribute to proactive group activities promoting emotional wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies

This full-time contract includes competitive compensation ranging from $37/hr to $43/hr, with eligibility for healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
