Electro-Mechanical Assembly TechnicianOur hope is to provide critical subsea data and infrastructure to further understand and predict the fundamental forces that support harmonious human existence on this planet.About You and the Role:We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team and work on the assembly and testing of our autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and other subsea equipment. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team of mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as our software and operations teams, to ensure that our vehicles are built to the highest standards. Apply now to join the Bedrock team!Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related fieldExperience with hand and power toolsExperience with soldering and crimping techniquesKnowledge of electrical and mechanical components and assembliesFamiliarity with basic electronics testing equipment, including multimeters and oscilloscopesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing prioritiesAbility to lift 20 poundsGood communication and teamwork skillsMust be local to the Bay Area or willing to relocate.Bonus Experience:Experience with subsea equipment or marine systemsFamiliarity with computer-aided design (CAD) softwareExperience with hydraulic or pneumatic systemsExperience with troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical systemsExperience with quality control and documentation proceduresExperience with programming or scripting languagesLearn more about this opportunity and how to apply.
