About the Position

Hi,

We are actively hiring an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse (CVOR RN) for one of our clients, a leading academic and Level 1 trauma medical center in Burlington, VT. This role involves supporting complex cardiovascular surgical procedures in a high-acuity operating room environment.

You will work closely with cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesia teams, perfusionists, and multidisciplinary OR staff to provide exceptional perioperative patient care during cardiac and vascular procedures.

Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse (CVOR RN)
Location: Burlington, VT 05401
Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift: 12hr Rotating Day/Evening – 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Pay Range: Weekly ($2,800 – $3,200)

Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile surgical environments and patient safety standards
• Circulate during complex cardiac and vascular cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient condition throughout perioperative care
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently within hospital EMR systems

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR RN experience preferred
