Eastview Veterinary Clinic is a well-established (since 1973), high-volume, walk-in based practice near Nashville, TN, seeking a confident, driven Associate Veterinarian who wants the autonomy and case variety of urgent care - without the on-call schedule that comes with it.

Our walk-in / urgent care / GP hybrid model was built for doctors who thrive on fast-paced, hands-on medicine but are done sacrificing their personal life for it:

• No nights. No overnight emergencies. No on-call rotation.
• Closed weekends - no Saturday or Sunday shifts, ever
• No extended/late hours - predictable, consistent daily schedule
• Still fast-paced and case-diverse - walk-in urgent care flow, real-time decision-making, and a full range of cases from wellness to surgery to same-day urgent visits
• Production-driven earning potential - your speed and caseload translate directly to income, the same way it did in ER
• You control your day - no overbooked schedule stacked against you; you see what comes at your own pace
• A DVM team, not a solo shift - collaborate openly with fellow associates instead of carrying the caseload alone
