RN must be competent in rhythm strip interpretation - required to pass EKG strip test at orientation. RN must be competent in rhythm strip interpretation. Prefer competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, cardizem.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: RN must be competent in rhythm strip interpretation. Competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, cardizem. RN is responsible for all aspects of trach care/management, RT is available if needed. RN ratio, may go to 6 at times, CNA ratio 10-12. Special Equipment: tele, IV pump

Must have IL RN license in hand

Must have IL LPN/LVN license in hand

All allied positions require state or national certification and/or license

Former UCM, PRN, or Ingalls permanent staff (IE any University of Chicago location) must be gone 7 months to come back as a traveler. ALL requirements above are STILL APPLICABLE
