Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Medical Insurance Temporary | On-site We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, evaluate, and hire qualified professionals across multiple departments. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruiting strategies, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with modern recruiting techniques and knowledge of applicant tracking systems. This position will help strengthen the organization's talent pipeline and employer brand while delivering an efficient and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements. Develop and publish effective job descriptions. Source candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, and social platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS. Develop and maintain talent pipelines. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. Track recruiting metrics and hiring performance. Promote a positive and professional candidate experience. Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
