Account Specialist
YMCA of Concord - 15 N State St, Concord New Hampshire
- Process childcare and day camp registrations and changes
- Manage childcare and day camp waitlists
- Audit accounts for system accuracy
- Data entry and filing
- Process and schedule payments
- Update payment methods
- Run reports from system database
- Communicate with customers to assist with registration and billing inquiries
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess strong computer skills
- On-the-job training to ensure position mastery, and opportunities for advancement
