Enterprise Account Executive, Twin Cities Minnesota

About the Company Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZero™ platform, delivers production‑safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. Role Overview The Enterprise Account Executive is a key role responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base in the cybersecurity technology sector. Key Responsibilities Acquire new accounts, build strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Sell cybersecurity technologies, introduce disruptive cyber software solutions, and exceed sales quotas consistently. Establish and nurture Channel Partner relationships; existing connections with key resellers in the region are essential. Manage all aspects of the sales process, including qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive the post‑proof of value ROI process. Track and manage customer information in the company‑provided CRM, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce (SFDC). Present and demonstrate Horizon3.ai solutions effectively in virtual and in‑person meetings. Work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed sales, support, and success teams. Apply Challenger Question‑Based Selling type sales methodologies. Utilize sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, CRM, Outreach.io, Linked‑In Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Slack. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the cybersecurity technology industry. Demonstrated success in introducing and selling new disruptive cyber software solutions. Proven ability to exceed sales quotas consistently quarter over quarter. Experience in establishing and monetizing strong Channel Partner relationships. Proficiency in managing the entire sales process, including qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure. Ability to manage and drive the post‑proof of value ROI process. Experience with CRM, Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales enablement tools. Capability to present and demonstrate Horizon3.ai solutions effectively. Independent and collaborative work style. Additional Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working in the INFOSEC or SaaS space. A college degree or equivalent work experience required. Must be located in the Minnesota area. Travel Job may require up to 50% travel within the assigned territory; travel expenses reviewed and must be approved by manager. Perks Inclusive team culture promoting diversity. Compensation Total On‑Target Compensation: $280,000 – $340,000 OTE (50/50 split annually). Equity package in the form of stock options available for all full‑time roles.
