As a Security Officer Part Time Clinical Deescalation in Baltimore MD you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies disturbances and other critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors entrances parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity hazards or policy violations to appropriate site personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with healthcare personnel visitors and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two or more years of security-related experience are required.
• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals as necessary in a hospital setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
