What You’ll Do

As a Pre-K Lead Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a love of learning in our youngest students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that inspire creativity, curiosity, and growth.
• Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Guiding and supporting children in developing essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible learning experience for each child.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress to celebrate milestones and address challenges effectively.
