Responsibilities Advise and represent companies and their officers and directors in Delaware stockholder class action and derivative litigation. Manage complex commercial litigation matters involving a broad range of industries including technology and life sciences.>Participate in the development and execution of litigation strategy, discovery, and trial preparation. Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience at a large national law firm, with 2–6 years of broad-based civil litigation experience. Superior academic credentials (JD from a top-tier law school). School transcripts may be required for consideration. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
