Cost Engineer: Project Scoping & Forecast Lead

The Smithsonian Institution seeks an engineering professional in the Office of Planning, Design and Construction (OPDC) to support cost management, estimating, and project scope development for Smithsonian infrastructure. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET) or equivalent, plus licensure eligibility; one year of specialized experience at GS-13 level in cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
