Job Description – Associate Attorney (Workers' Compensation) Location: San Diego, CA (On-site) / Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to manage workers' compensation litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: Ability to manage cases independently. Strong litigation, legal writing, and communication skills. Experience in workers' compensation litigation preferred. Active California State Bar membership. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates. Draft legal documents, reports, and case evaluations. Represent clients throughout litigation, trials, and appeals. Handle workers' compensation litigation cases independently.
