Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auto Dealership Biller to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of billing processes and maintaining financial records within our dealership. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for numbers, and experience in the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process vehicle sales billing and accurate invoicing in a timely manner.- Verify and compile all necessary documents for vehicle sales transactions, including tax, title, and license fees.- Reconcile daily sales, receipts, and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and update customer accounts as needed.- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.- Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations related to billing and vehicle sales.- Provide exceptional customer service support by addressing billing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an auto dealership biller or similar role.- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and related regulations.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, accounting, or related fields is a plus.
