Front Desk Receptionist – Full-Time

Join Our Team!

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing practice.

This position requires travel between our Celebration and Winter Park office locations, so flexibility and reliable transportation are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Checking patients in and out

• Verifying patient information

• Collecting payments and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with general administrative and front office duties

• Working collaboratively with providers and team members to ensure an excellent patient experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Previous medical office experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge with NEXTECH EMR system a plus.

• Ability to travel between our Celebration and Winter Park offices
