Duties

• Handle case evaluation, drafting pleadings, and law and motion practice.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk assessment.
• Review and draft employment policies and handbooks.
• Conduct factual and legal research and manage case deadlines.
• Collaborate with firm partners and communicate with clients on case strategy.
• Participate in mediations, administrative hearings, and court appearances.
• Contribute to the development of internal templates and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings and conducting depositions.
• Knowledge of employment law, including discrimination and wrongful termination.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
• Effective client communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
