Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Must be open to working 2 evenings per week
• All new travelers must complete three HealthStream Modules pre-assignment
• New graduates not accepted

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 to 26 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Open to a 4x10 schedule
• Two evening shifts per week required, with shifts running until 7:00 PM
• EMR: Raintree
• Productivity expectation: 55 to 63 patients per week
