Job Overview A law firm seeks a Class Action Associate in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, focusing on federal court work, primarily defending wage and hour class actions and FLSA collective actions. Duties Defend wage and hour class actions in federal court. Handle FLSA collective actions. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals. Requirements 2-5 years of litigation experience. Experience in federal court preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas.
