About the Role:
Join our team at Cajuns Fabulous Fried Chicken Inc as a Prep Cook! In this exciting role, you will prepare delicious ingredients that help create our signature dishes, all while working in a fun and dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and chop ingredients for cooking and frying.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with chefs to ensure timely meal preparation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak hours.
• Other duties as assigned by Managers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
