Role Summary El objetivo principal de este puesto es apoyar al equipo de gestión de la tienda para lograr un entorno de tienda que fomente la creatividad, el desarrollo de los empleados y la filosofía VIBE. Mantener la filosofía de Urban Outfitters "Peers Training Peers". What You'll Be Doing Gente: Ofrecer una experiencia positiva y amigable al involucrar al cliente a través de la conversación y el servicio. Mejorar el ambiente centrándose en los clientes y no en las tareas durante las horas de máxima afluencia. Proporcionar una experiencia de tienda que refleje los estándares de “mystery shop” de la empresa. Contribuir al ambiente general de la tienda siendo positivo, respetuoso y servicial con los demás. Mantener los estándares de la empresa y actuar como un modelo positivo para sus compañeros/as. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación: Trabajar de manera productiva dentro del equipo y tomar la iniciativa para trabajar con otros hacia un objetivo común y colaborativo. Ayudar en la formación y el desarrollo de los compañeros/as. Comunicarse de manera positiva y efectiva con sus compañeros/as. Participar activamente en las reuniones diarias y departamentales. Operaciones: Demostrar competencia en el conocimiento del trabajo (es decir, cajas, almacén, sala de ventas y probadores). Participar en el procesamiento del pedido y ayudar al equipo a mantener limpias y organizadas las áreas de recepción y reposición de existencias. Ayudar en la finalización oportuna y precisa de las tareas semanales (es decir, rebajas, etiquetado, transferencias y RTV). Mostrar conciencia de las pautas de prevención de pérdidas y cumplir con todas las medidas de control de inventario. Cumplir siempre con las normas de salud y seguridad de la empresa. Merchandising y Exhibición: Mantener los estándares de comercialización y limpieza de la tienda. Asegurarse de que la mercancía esté correctamente etiquetada y señalizada y que la sala de ventas esté bien repuesta. Apoyar las ventas asistiendo en proyectos de merchandising y exhibición. Mostrar familiaridad con el producto actual y el conocimiento de las tendencias. What You'll Need Experiencia previa en un entorno minorista/comercio: no es obligatorio. Un conocimiento de la marca Urban Outfitters y su atractivo para el mercado local. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
