LSG Sky Chefs with over 75 years of Catering history is hiring immediately for Full-Time team players to prepare products for our Airline, E-Commerce, and Retail customers. We are the world's leading provider of end-to-end airline products and services with a fast-growing footprint in Convenience Retail and Subscription Food Service.If you enjoy a fast-paced production environment with a focus on quality food preparation, please contact us.Responsibilities include preparing and cooking raw food items for airlines in a timely manner and in accordance with company, FDA, and airline standards and regulations. One (1) or more years (depending on the specific cooking responsibilities and assigned airlines) of experience cooking in a commercial, high-volume production kitchen is required.• Successfully passing a Criminal History/Employment Background Check and Pre-employment drug test are required as a condition of employment.• All Employees are eligible for free Lunch, free uniforms, and free parking plus Credit Union membership on the first day of employment.• LSG Sky Chefs' employees are paid weekly and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days of employment that includes 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance, and employer-paid Safety Shoes. No experience required!• Review production sheets to confirm specifications, recipes, and diagrams• Retrieve necessary food products to prepare and plate• Build trays and fill carts• Move filled carts to staging area• Follows exacting specifications to meet standards set by customer• Maintain temperature records according to HACCP requirements• Adheres to HACCP standards and all other food safety guidelines• Works in a time sensitive environment ensuring all product meets required ready times• Must be available to work in a 24/7 environment including overnights, weekends and holidays
