Trademark Visual is a leading design/build producer of architectural, commercial and electric signs. Our manufacturing facility is fully equipped to fabricate nearly any sign imaginable, from small apartment unit numbers to 85’ tall freeway pylon signs. Additionally, we employ a full complement of wide format digital printing equipment including UV and latex printers. Our Field Services team is well equipped to service and install any sign we make.

We’re seeking a qualified individual to join our team as Quality Control Technician .

The environment for this position is primarily in the manufacturing shop. Candidate must be able to work independently and take action as required by the duties and responsibilities given to them.

Under general direction from the Quality Control Lead, this is a physically demanding position requiring hands on abilities and use of tools & equipment to complete the required Quality Control assignments. The work includes working with many different types of materials including but not limited to metal, vinyl, neon, illuminated and non-illuminated signs. The best matched candidate will be reliable, dependable and have great attention to detail.

IDEAL KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES:

·       At least two years Quality Control experience.

·       Ability to Color Match.

·       Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

·       Quality focused for best results.

·       High attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Team oriented in a fast-paced environment.

·       Dependable, self-motivated and organized.

·       Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

·       Ability to read, understand, and follow work order instructions in English.

·       Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with proficiency in English.

·       The knowledge, skills and abilities required to fulfill the following duties:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

·       Conduct checks at various stages to catch errors before they are finalized.

·       Perform functional testing such as testing electrical wiring, LED installations, and power flow to ensure safety and functionality.

·       Communicate with Team Lead about project status.

·       Ensure quality of work meets Trademark standards.

·       Immediately address issues that arise.

·       Follow all safety procedures.

·       Clean and maintain tools & equipment in department.

·       Confirm that all items in the QC checklist and form are completed for each assignment. 

·       Uphold the TMV standards and quality control throughout the process. 

·       Keep the area clean and organized.  

·       Continuously provide ways for Trademark to improve.

·       Other duties as assigned.

Compensation starts at $18 per hour, based on experience. Full time, direct hire team members are offered a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, dental, vision, and a 401K program!
