Job Description

A leading retail shipping operation in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Warehouse Worker to help ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders while helping maintain accurate inventory and an organized warehouse environment. Your attention to detail and teamwork will contribute to smooth daily operations and timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming products and materials and prepare them for proper storage and processing
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to instructions and established standards
• Prepare and ship orders to support timely and accurate customer deliveries
• Maintain inventory accuracy and an organized warehouse environment
• Follow established procedures and safety standards while completing daily warehouse tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Positive, team-player attitude
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds unaided
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and work to established standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good attendance

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
