Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, and telecom billing systems. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience with the Amdocs Openet Billing Platform and a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and operate full-stack infrastructure solutions across on‑premise and hybrid cloud environments. Develop and automate robust CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless DevOps lifecycle management. Deploy, manage, and scale microservices‑based applications across development, staging, and production environments. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure practices. Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK. Troubleshot complex infrastructure and platform issues, performing root‑cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents. Integrate DevSecOps practices including security scanning, compliance enforcement, and governance controls. Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to DevOps strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Experience 10+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience. Strong experience supporting microservices architecture. Proven experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Hands‑on experience with telecom billing platforms, specifically Amdocs Openet (mandatory). Must-Have Technical Skills Programming: Python, Shell Scripting, Go CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack Mandatory: Amdocs Openet Billing Platform Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
