Bacio di Latte is growing and we are adding a E-Commerce & Marketing Analyst to our dynamic team! Bacio di Latte is a premier Italian gelato brand known for authentic, fresh-made gelato crafted in-house every day while delivering a luxurious customer experience. Established in 2011, Bacio di Latte has 250+ locations internationally , with 27 shops across Northern & Southern California. We are growing at a rapid pace, with plans to reach 35 U.S. locations by the end of 2026, including expansion to NYC and Arizona - and many more markets beyond! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Bacio di Latte. This pivotal role will support the performance, execution, and continued growth of Bacio di Latte's digital channels — including our own app, delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart), and digital marketing initiatives. This role combines e-commerce operations with marketing analytics , using data to understand customer behavior, evaluate campaign and digital performance, and identify opportunities to increase engagement, conversion, and sales. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years E-Commerce/Digital marketing Assistant or Intern experience PLUS experience in the Food & Beverage industry, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working across both the technical and marketing sides of e-commerce. This role is Hybrid – with 4 days ONSITE at our West Los Angeles Headquarters. ***Must currently reside in Los Angeles, as this role starts immediately.*** Responsibilities: Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and recurring processes necessary for successful online execution Monitor and analyze e-commerce and marketing performance, including customer behavior, traffic, conversion, engagement, revenue, and key KPIs Analyze marketing campaigns , promotions, pricing, and digital initiatives to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Support the development and execution of e-commerce marketing initiatives, promotions, and digital campaigns Conduct market, customer, competitor, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth Develop recurring reports and dashboards , translating data into clear, actionable business insights Partner with Marketing , Social Media, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support digital and e-commerce initiatives Assist with e-commerce platform integrations and coordination with CRM and other business systems Own and manage Bacio di Latte's presence on third-party delivery platforms — Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Instacart — including menus, pricing, photos, store hours, and promotional setups Lead weekly syncs with delivery platform partners (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart) to identify opportunities to improve visibility, ranking, and performance Monitor and report on delivery platform KPIs — conversion rate, basket size, ratings, and search ranking — and bring actionable recommendations to the team Coordinate and execute campaigns and promotions on delivery platforms in alignment with the broader marketing calendar Onboard new store locations onto delivery platforms and ensure accuracy of store information across all channels Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field 1 year+ E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Analytics Assistant or Intern experience AND 1 year+ Food & Beverage experience , preferably in the QSR space Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Instacart Experience analyzing marketing metrics and e-commerce performance metrics Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and/or digital analytics platforms Understanding of customer journey , conversion, and digital optimization principles Strong Excel and data analysis skills Experience with delivery platform operations, menu management, or promotions setup is a PLUS Experience working with CRM and/or ERP integrations is a plus Interest in AI-powered shopping , search, personalization, and emerging digital commerce technologies is a plus Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate data into actionable insights Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot digital issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What We Offer: Opportunity to contribute to the incredible growth of an iconic Italian gelato brand Competitive compensation package including full health benefits and PTO Be part of a growing company undergoing massive expansion Great company culture fostering a friendly, collaborative, and dynamic work environment Professional development and career growth opportunities Salary range for this role is $62,000 - $65,000 annually plus benefits.
