Compensation: $54.09-$78.13/hour for active visits + On-Call Stipend + Mileage Reimbursement + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Part-Time Weekends | Friday-Sunday | 5:00 PM-8:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide evening hospice nursing visits throughout the Twin Cities Metro.
  
• Assess patient needs and provide symptom management, medication administration, and comfort-focused care.
  
• Educate and support patients, caregivers, and family members.
  
• Deliver care in private homes, assisted living communities, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities.
  
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
  
• Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation.
  

What You'll Bring

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  
• Experience in hospice, ICU, ER, oncology, med-surg, home health, or palliative care is highly valued.
  
• Nurses interested in transitioning into hospice are encouraged to apply.
  
• Strong assessment skills and the confidence to work independently.
  
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
