Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with at least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Developed a sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization. Minimum age 18 years or older, with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week; base weeks up to 12 hours, peak weeks up to 21 hours (not exceeding 30 hours per week), with regular assignment during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
