Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis
• Strong customer service skills comfortable working in occupied resident homes and handling requests professionally
• Familiarity with basic computer technology/mobile apps; work order software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) is a plus
• Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements

• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. regularly; occasionally 100 lbs. with assistance
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder climbing
• Comfort working in tight spaces and using hand tools
