• Are dependable and responsible , especially during evening and overnight hours when consistency and good judgment are essential.
• Are comfortable working independently while following established procedures and collaborating with a supportive team.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping adults gain confidence, independence, and life skills.
• Want more than just another job , with an interest in learning new skills and potentially moving into leadership roles.

Previous direct care experience is preferred for our Residential opportunities, but we also value transferable experience and a genuine willingness to learn. Paid training is provided.

Evening & Overnight Opportunities

Residential Program – Starting at Approximately $40,000/Year + Overtime + Benefits

We offer established schedules that allow you to plan your week and enjoy a consistent routine.

Afternoon / Evening Shifts

• Shift 1: Sunday 9:00 AM–11:00 PM; Monday–Wednesday 2:30 PM–11:00 PM (every other Wednesday off)
• Shift 2: Wednesday–Friday 2:30 PM–11:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–11:00 PM (every other Wednesday off)

Overnight Shifts

• Shift 1: Sunday–Wednesday 11:00 PM–9:00 AM (every other Wednesday off)
• Shift 2: Wednesday–Saturday 11:00 PM–9:00 AM (every other Wednesday off)

What you'll do

As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll help adults develop independence, build confidence and enjoy fulfilling lives.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily activities such as dressing, personal hygiene, meals and household routines
• Supporting individuals with community outings, appointments and recreational activities
• Encouraging independence, social engagement and life skills development
• Providing medication support after completing required training
• Transporting individuals when required
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming and supportive environment
• Completing basic documentation and communicating with your team

What we're looking for

• At least 18 years old
• Clean, valid driver's license with no recent at fault accidents or suspensions
• Reliable personal transportation to assigned work locations
• Ability to drive company vehicles and clients to events and appointments
• Ability to meet applicable background clearance requirements
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
• Patience, compassion and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred
