You will represent American Funds to ensure effective operational trading and resolve issues. You will have primary ownership of the operational relationships for a defined set of firms. Additionally, you will leverage, build, and maintain strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to alleviate operational barriers that may hinder our primary business objectives with these firms.“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.”You possess a comprehensive background and deep understanding of the mutual fund industry, covering investment, distribution, and operations aspects.You demonstrate knowledge of current and potential future internal and external policies, practices, trends, technology, and information that impact the department, business area, and the organization as a whole.You are a strong communicator and collaborator with a proven ability to influence across various levels, including senior leadership.You handle negotiations with ease and can confidently voice unpopular opinions.You excel at building relationships, working closely with business partners to understand their needs, influence recommendations, and drive solutions.
