Service Desk Analyst
Ruan Transportation Management Systems
This is a full-time position working onsite in Des Moines, IA. Assess and troubleshoot basic support issues while applying understanding of modern software, hardware, systems, and applications. Participate in on-call rotation for support outside of core hours. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalation IT issues. Fulfill IT requests. Create and maintain accurate records and technical documentation. Perform technical cross-training with team members. Perform other specialized tasks in relation to established career development plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
