No problem. We provide welcoming on-the-job training to help you feel confident from day one. Choose the Shift That Fits Your Life (Mon–Fri) Night Shift (2nd Shift): 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM — $22.00 / hr Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM — $20.00 / hr Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (depending on shift selection) Sign-On Bonus: $500 bonus after 90 days! What You’ll Be Doing Operate warehouse equipment (like forklifts and order pickers) safely. Use RF scanners to manage stock and track orders. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory. Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized. Work alongside a team to meet daily goals. Skills & Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Requirements: Valid driver’s license + ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings. Physical Ability: Able to lift or move up to 75 lbs during your shift. Desired Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge, experience with warehouse management systems/RF scanners, or prior forklift/order picker operation is a plus (but on-the-job training is fully provided!).
