We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Fabrication Associate to join our team and support our fabrication and production operations. What You'll Do · Fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products and components. · Operate fabrication equipment, machinery, and hand tools. · Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. · Pick, stage, organize, and prepare customer orders. · Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. · Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. · Support team operations and assist with a variety of fabrication tasks. Requirements What We're Looking For · Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. · Basic math and computer skills. · Ability to accurately interpret measurements. · Strong work ethic and teamwork skills. · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties.
