Remote B2B High-Ticket SDR/Setter: Appointments

We're Hiring a DM Messenger/Setter | Join the Kristen Mirelle's Team Remote | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Starting pay: $2.5k on the low end, $7k on the high end We're seeking for an experienced B2B high-ticket SDR/Setter to push Kristine Mirelle's offers with an OTE of $2.5k-$7k /mo. Digital Course with weekly group coaching for people who want to learn how to use AI to make content, ads, and promotional videos for their own business or for other business owners. Many of our students make videos for other business owners and they sell the videos as a service.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

• At least 3 years of B2B high-ticket setter experience.
• Must be US or Canada based.
• Great work ethic, competitive, coachable, and resilient.
• Only wants to focus on 1 offer only and not juggling multiple offers.

More about the role: The appointment setters provide an exceptional first impression on behalf of our customers by calling leads in our CRM software. You will provide an extensive knowledge about our services, and identify consumer wants and needs. About Us: Why this role Proven offer already converting at 5x roas without any manual follow-up 1,000 - 2,000 new leads every month. This will only increase with the evergreen setup. Thousands of new followers every month - There will never be a time where there are no leads to work. Our leads also come in with high intent and Kristine has a pretty established brand which makes closing sales easier. No micro managing. There are standards, if those are hit then that’s all we need. We will praise you for doing great, coach you on how to excel even further. No extra busy work or meetings that are not absolutely necessary. Ability to be cross-trained on higher value skill sets. What You’ll Do: Setter / SDR - someone to help go through the optin inbound leads and qualify and book with the closers. Duties Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives. Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested. Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past. Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.
