What You'll Do As a Sales Associate at M-3 SURPLUS LLC, you'll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Handling transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register.
- Building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking.
We’re searching for someone who is passionate about retail and thrives in a customer-facing role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
