Teller

Position Overview Full‑time Teller in PNC’s Retail organization, based in Dover, DE. This is an in‑office role focused on delivering a high‑quality customer experience, improving financial wellbeing, and building loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Responsibilities Process a variety of customer interactions and transactions. Educate customers on financial products and alternatives. Identify banking opportunities during conversations and refer appropriately. Conduct lobby engagement activities, connecting with customers and positioning PNC products. Leverage technology, tools, and resources to help customers manage transactions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintain a customer‑focused attitude, demonstrating knowledge of values and practices that prioritize customer satisfaction. Assess and manage risks related to transactional activities in accordance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, fraud detection and prevention. Managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, understanding customer needs. Education & Certifications No formal degree required. No specific certifications or licenses required. Comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered. Compensation Base salary: $39,520.00 – $44,000.00 (may vary by location, market data, and individual qualifications). Position is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
