Plant Operations Intern — Efficiency & Analytics

Wayne Farms LLC in North Carolina is offering a Summer Internship program running from May 17 to July 30, 2027. The 11-week immersive experience provides hands-on exposure to poultry processing operations, professional development workshops, and access to industry leaders.

You will contribute to an operations efficiency study, develop analytical and communication skills, and participate in safety programs while building relationships with mentors and peers in a dynamic plant environment.
