SERVER - Part Time, Seasonal Summary of Position Responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and timely service to guests while delivering food and beverages. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their dining experience Accurately take guest orders and submit them through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Process credit cards and cash payments accurately Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company procedures Set tables, polish glassware, stock service areas, and complete side work as assigned Assist with bussing tables, running food, and seating guests as needed Support banquet, buffet, wedding, theater, and special event operations as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant and lodge operations Position Requirements Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with guests and team members Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile paymentsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailMust be dependable, professional, and guest-focusedMust be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
