Kitchen Assistant - CharlotteThe Kitchen Assistant supports food production, kitchen safety, and sanitation for country club kitchen operations. This role assists the Kitchen Staff and Head Chef and involves assisting with food prep, washing dishes, and maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare food as required.Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment and surfaces.Maintain safe and clean work environmentStock food and receive and unload delivered items under the direction of the head chefFollow all sanitation protocols for food preparation and kitchen clean-up, as directed.QualificationsAbility to work in extreme heat and/or cold.Willingness to stand for several hours per day and work with cleaning compounds.Capable of occasionally lifting and moving heavy objects or boxes up to 50 lbs.Knowledge of and willingness to follow sanitation protocols for food preparation and clean-up.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
