Our client located minutes from the Pacific Coast needs a full-time Emergency Medicine physician. This is a 25-bed critical access/low volume hospital, not-for-profit organization that qualifies for many student loan forgiveness programs, and has excellent compensation and benefits. This gorgeous area is known as the Adventure Coast with nearby Championship Golf Courses and the Bandon Dunes, there's lots of recreation and fun for the entire family. 12 Hour Shifts, 12 Shifts Per Month, at $225 per hour. Annualized this is $388,800 before any incentives or extra shifts.  $50,000 Commencement of Employment Incentive.  Extra Shifts Available $240 Per Hour.  Average 17-18 patients per day.  Relocation Allowance, up to $20,000.  12 Months of Temporary Housing.  CME $3,000 Annually - Tuition, Lodging, Transportation, Licensing/DEA Fees.  403B, 1.5% Employer Contribution, up to 6% Matching Contribution.  Malpractice Insurance Coverage.  Recent Investment into Hospital Improvements, $20M .  CT/MRI in house.  24/7 Lab, Respiratory Therapy, X-Ray Available.  Hospital Conveniently Located 30 Minutes from Airport.
