We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Care Therapy VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA Therapy to children with Autism, helping them reach their full potential and build a brighter future. About the Role Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them Providing training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies About Our Company At Golden Care Therapy VA, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
