This position is responsible for Tier‑1 monitoring and incident response, covering campus networks, servers, cloud environments, and enterprise applications. The NOC Technician acts as the primary steward for all physical IT assets housed within the campus data centers and computing spaces. Key responsibilities include ensuring the facility's stability, health, and security while efficiently escalating complex issues to the appropriate engineering and development teams. This position is classified as on‑site. The full salary range for the Systems Analyst is $39.89 – $60.35 per hour; however, the pay scale for this position is up to $49.60 per hour. Salary offers are based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
