Your Role We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in business consulting, especially within DI practices, to enhance our risk management program. Your contributions will include: Reviewing and improving global risk management and compliance policies and procedures. Assessing and managing global conflicts of interest. Identifying and mitigating risks in partnership with key stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with client acceptance, quality control, and risk policies. Driving process optimization through root‑cause analysis and technology innovation. Reporting findings from risk management reviews to global leaders. Collaborating with Risk Management Directors across A&M to share best practices. Working with the A&M Office of General Counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a business-related field (accounting/finance preferred). 5+ years of experience in business consulting, with a focus on DI practices. Experience in managing risk and quality control within a consulting environment (global experience is a plus). Proficiency in business software, including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong oral and written communication skills. Self‑starter attitude with a drive for success in an entrepreneurial culture. Additional risk/compliance-related certifications are preferred.
