Director of Operations

South Lake Tahoe & Truckee, CA | Full-Time | $75,000+ base + KPI-based incentive potential PT Revolution is a growing physical therapy and performance company serving the Tahoe-Truckee community, with a simple vision: to be the destination for mountain athletes. We're built around three values — Fun, Connection, and Growth — and we're looking for an Operations Director to build the systems and accountability that power our next stage of growth. What You'll Own You’ll oversee the operational infrastructure supporting our Rehab and Performance teams: Lead and develop our administrative team; own staffing, scheduling, and accountability Optimize PT schedule utilization, patient flow, and authorization workflows Build and manage operational KPIs and scorecards Own the operational side of Wodify (our fitness software)- billing, pricing, memberships, retail, reporting Improve SOPs and systems across both locations Manage vendor relationships and operational expenses Partner with our external HR team on employee relations and performance management This isn't a role where you personally do every task - it's a role where you own the system, build accountability, and make sure the work gets done. How Our Leadership Team Works You’ll report to the CEO alongside two other functional leaders: the Rehab Director owns clinical quality and clinician development; the Performance Manager owns programming, coaching, and client retention; you own the administrative team and the operational infrastructure that lets both departments perform. What We're Looking For Healthcare experience is helpful but not required - we’re looking for a strong operator who can learn healthcare. You: Have led people and operations before Create accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy Are comfortable with KPIs and financial data Enjoy systems, automation, and process improvement Can find a root cause and build a repeatable fix Communicate clearly and follow through Thrive in a growing org where not everything is figured out yet Compensation & Growth Starting salary $75,000+, depending on experience, with a KPI-based incentive structure added after your first six months. Days 1–90: Learn the people, culture, systems, and business Days 91–180: Build scorecards, establish baseline metrics, begin priority improvements 6+ months: KPI-based incentive structure with growth potential toward a COO role Why PT Revolution?
