Daily Responsibilities: Develop individualized treatment plans for patients Provide language therapy and speech therapy services Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on treatment planning Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills Required Skills: Master's degree in Speech Pathology CCC certification, will accept graduates in their clinical fellowship year Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings Knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience in pediatric speech therapy Knowledge of acute care and long-term care settings Ability to develop discharge planning strategies Salary Range: $60,560.00 - $99,670.00 annually Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Schedules, Short-Term Disability Company Information: Pro Step Therapy, Inc provides outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, specializing in rehabilitation and wellness programs for individuals of all ages.
