ITOM Business Analyst

Job Title
Strong understanding of ITSM best-practice processes, with Configuration Management and Asset Management experience Experience in utilizing and/or managing a CMDB. Familiarity with service mapping, IT asset discovery, and packaging processes Hands-on experience with industry-standard Change, Configuration and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the ServiceNow environment Experience leading technical functional discussions to implement Asset & Configuration modules in ITSM Tools Experience in Servicenow Asset /CMDB Process and Implementation Minimum of 5 years of relevant recent experience

ITIL v3 Foundation certification Servicenow Asset /CMDB Process and Implementation experience
