City Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is a physician-led orthopaedic practice in Northern New Jersey.

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead / Manager to drive outreach and patient growth across our offices.

What you'll do

- Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners

- Plan and host events

- Run digital marketing, social media and online listings

- Track results and report on growth

What you bring

- 3+ years of marketing experience, including outreach

- Familiar and comfortable with AI tools in your work

- Strong organization and follow-through

- Confident, professional communication

Pay and benefits

- $95,000 - $150,000 per year, plus a performance bonus

- Medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off and holidays

- Full-time, traveling among our New Jersey offices

- Title and level based on experience
