Where We Need YouProtiviti is looking for an AWS Security Risk Manager to join our growing Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Engineering team. You will help clients identify, assess, and manage security risks while enabling secure cloud adoption, modernization, and transformation. What You Can ExpectAs a Manager, you will partner with clients to translate complex business and data requirements into practical AWS Security solutions. You will also develop trusted client relationships, mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants, contribute to proposals, and help expand Protiviti’s AWS data engineering capabilities.  What Will Help You Be SuccessfulYou enjoy solving complex cmplex AWS security, risk, governance, compliance, and remediation engagements. You can balance hands-on technical depth with project leadership, client advisory, and team development.  You are comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and messy enterprise data.  You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, business stakeholders, and executives.  You promote a positive team culture with accountability, collaboration, and open communication.  You are motivated to learn and stay current with AWS security trends and services.  You can identify practical opportunities to improve data reliability, accessibility, performance, and cost.  Do Your Talents Include the Following?Skills Required: 5+ years of hands-on security experience across cloud and/or enterprise environments. 2+ years of consulting or professional services delivery experience and 1+ year of direct AWS experience in a security-focused capacity. Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (CloudFormation or Terraform). Prior delivery experience in a large, regulated enterprise environment (financial services strongly preferred); comfortable operating under change-control and audit scrutiny. Able to produce clear written documentation (architecture decision records, security patterns, runbooks) suitable for client Tech Risk review. Strong stakeholder communication; can work directly with client engineering, security, and compliance teams as an embedded SME. Works to the stated engagement location / time-zone overlap and follows AWS ProServe and client onboarding, security, and vetting requirements. Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and pipelines on AWS.  Strong client advisory, facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills.  Your Educational and Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, IS, Comp Sci., etc.). 5+ years working in professional services or industry. Professional Certification Required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Security – Specialty Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional & AWS Certified Security – Specialty  Our Hybrid WorkplaceProtiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$125,000.00 - $200,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.12%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
